Eggnog Breakfast Shake

The holidays are upon us - 'tis the season for some Egg Nog.  Yum! The sad reality is that 1 cup of eggnog has 344 calories!  That's 100 more calories than a Snickers Candy Bar! And neither option offers much nutritional value.

So I had an "aha" moment when I was mixing my Plexus 96 breakfast shake yesterday morning. Why not add some flavoring/seasoning to the blender and turn my vanilla shake into an EGGNOG SHAKE! Um yes. Do it now! And it is packed with good nutrition to start your day:

Get out your blender and lets start mixin'...

Eggnog Breakfast Shake

1 packet Plexus 96 Vanilla
1 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 cup ice (more or less for your preferred thickness of shake)
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
2 teaspoons Chia Seeds (optional for texture and Omega 3)
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg plus some for garnish

Put all ingredients in your blender and blend at high speed until thick, creamy and yummy. Sprinkle with nutmeg for garnish.

Plexus - It Sounds Too Good To Be True...

One of the truths of life that I frequently share with my kids is this, "If something sounds too good to be true - then it probably is."  I tell them this to protect them from ridiculous contests and "get a $500/iPad/video game system free just for signing up" SCAMS. I love my kids and I want them to safely navigate through a life based on good values of hard work, intelligence, honesty and kindness. Yet at the same time, I have recently come to realize that sometimes things that seem "too good to be true" are often in fact TRUE. And possible. And those opportuites should not be missed. With this realization I think I'll work harder on teaching them to have excellent powers of discernment. A very valuable life skill that can help them make great decisions.

So what does this all have to do with PLEXUS?!? I am discovering that folks are skeptical because they (c'mon, I know you hear this one coming) think that PLEXUS MUST BE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!

I mean really who could possibly believe that these products could help someone lose weight by losing fat not muscle, or improve cholesterol levels, or improve blood pressure, or help someone get rid of Type 2 diabetes. The health testimonies from using these products are amazing. And real. And then there's the wealth that can come from the Plexus Business Opportunity. Plexus is a growing company and business is booming. The compensation plan is ground breaking and allows EVERY distributer, not just the ones at the top to make a really great income. You can be your own boss, work from home, when you want, dressed in your workout clothes or jammies if you'd like. There is so little risk and so much opportunity. The sky is truly the limit.

I Live For Messages Like This

To me one of the most rewarding moments of having a Plexus Business is when I receive a message like this from one of my customers:

"Sorry it has taken me so long to respond. John and I do not weigh ourselves. My clothes are very loose, falling off! I am down 2 sizes. John started out with 48 logger pants, now in in the 42 waist size. Aaron has lost 37 pounds!"

Plexus Freedom Convention 2014

"Convention is where leaders are born." This year in Dallas 8000+ leaders were born at the Plexus Freedom Convention. It really was amazing!

Plexus invited some great speakers to the event.  We heard from Eric Worre of NetworkMarketingPro.com and Victor Antonio.  They were awesome!

Spending time with my Plexus teamies as we sat in on some excellent training sessions was fun and educational.

I even ran into some Plexus celebrities like Sara Marble and Sonja Dudley. Here's me below getting a picture with the very first Plexus Diamond Ambassador - Sheila Medina.

And I tell you what - I am REALLY gonna miss the free Plexus on tap everywhere I went!!

I cannot wait for next year - who will be there with me?!?!
